Notice of Licence Suspension: Trevor Behan

Suspension of Real Estate Salesperson Licence: Trevor Behan, licensed with Royal LePage Atlantic

Effective October 27, 2023

The Registrar hereby gives notice the real estate salesperson licence for Trevor Behan, licensed with Royal LePage Atlantic, is suspended effective October 27, 2023 up to and including November 26, 2023 for violating the following:

• Real Estate Trading Act Section 22 (1) (a).

The evidence supported that Mr. Behan did not ensure his communications with a seller’s licensee were clear, and thereby misled the seller’s licensee and the sellers.
 
In addition, the evidence supported that Mr. Behan did not disclose his personal relation to the buyer or their intent for purchase. This was a violation of Commission By-law 702 Article 21.

Mr. Behan is ordered to pay $2,000 in fines payments: $1,000 for each violation.

This notice has been distributed to licensees in accordance with Commission By-law 839.
